The ideal candidate is friendly, knowledgeable in current skincare treatments and trends, and dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our clients.Responsibilities:Perform facials and other advanced skincare treatments.Conduct skin analyses and recommend customized treatment plans.Provide waxing, manicures, and pedicures (as applicable).Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment.Educate clients on skincare regimens and product recommendations.Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer care.Assist in promoting salon services and retail products.Qualifications:Active provincial license as an Aesthetician1+ year of experience preferred, but new graduates welcome to applyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDetail-oriented with a passion for skincareFlexible availability, including evenings and weekendsWhat we can offer:Competitive pay in a high-traffic salonFlexible hoursPlus, lots of opportunities to learn and growChatters prioritizes diversity, equity and inclusion because we know it will make our company a better place to work and shop.
