Is wholly owned by Brookfield Infrastructure Partners LP (“Brookfield”), a global leader in the management of alternative assets across real estate, infrastructure, renewable power, and private equity.Summary:The Change Manager will play a critical role in driving organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementation of new processes, technologies, and strategies. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in change management.The Change Manager will conduct stakeholder impact assessments to understand the effects of change on various groups and develop tailored strategies to address their needs.Additionally, the Change Manager will execute a variety of change tactics, including communication plans, training programs, and support mechanisms, to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of change initiatives.Responsibilities:Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational goals.Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Create and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.Design and deliver training programs to support change initiatives.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and adjust strategies as needed.Provide coaching and support to managers and employees throughout the change process.Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or related roles.Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Experience in the home services industry is a plus.Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.Enercare is an equal opportunity employer.
