What’s in It for You Full-time, permanent opportunity Competitive hourly pay with potential shift premiums Comprehensive benefits package after the probation period Paid vacation RRSP matching program Overtime opportunities available Long-term growth and job stability in a lean manufacturing environment Work Schedule Monday to Friday Day shift: 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Flexibility to work weekends when required Key Responsibilities Set up and start machines using scientific and standardized practices Inspect dies for proper setup and verify materials before machine start-up Perform troubleshooting and identify root causes of production issues Follow standardized work instructions to ensure consistent quality output Conduct visual inspections of assemblies and sub-assemblies at each production stage Perform frequent die changeovers according to product specifications Carry out minor machine maintenance (oiling machines, dies, and workpieces) Load machinery, position workpieces, set up jobs, adjust, and operate machines Load and unload materials, stock work areas, and pack finished products Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficientlyFocus on improving quality, cycle time, machine performance, and scrap reduction Reduce downtime through proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance Arrange and assemble parts related to conveyor belt systems for various clients Use a calculator and measuring tape accurately Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives Implement and maintain 5S standards to ensure cleanliness and organization Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure production environment If you are a motivated and reliable individual looking for a long-term opportunity in manufacturing, we want to hear from you To apply, send your resume to Disha at Dangra@fuzehr.com or contact me directly by phone at 905-286-9497 ext. 158, highlighting your relevant experience.
