Bridge the gap between Business Strategy and the technical delivery teams, providing clear functional direction. Monitor Prop Tech trends in Real Estate Services (e.g., AI in leasing, automated valuation models). What You Bring 12+ years of experience in technology, with at least 5+ years in Product Architecture, Business Architecture, or Portfolio Management roles. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A proven track record of rationalizing complex portfolios, reducing application counts, and lowering TCO in a large, global enterprise. Deep experience leading Buy-vs-Build evaluations and managing technology investment governance. Strong familiarity with Commercial Real Estate Services (Leasing, Capital Markets) or a closely related professional services industry. Experience working in a product-led organization, partnering closely with Product Managers and Business Leaders. Ability to model CapEx/OpEx implications of technology choices and optimize portfolio ROI. You think in terms of Revenue, Margin, and TCO, not just API, Cloud, and Code.
