Part-Time Teaching Assistant

Job Overview:Are you a college student with a passion for your field of study and a desire to share your knowledge with others? We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated college students to join our team as Part-Time Teaching Assistants. In this role, you will support professors and instructors in the classroom, engage with students, and contribute to the learning experience.Key Responsibilities:Classroom Support: Assist professors and instructors with classroom activities, including setting up equipment, distributing materials, and managing online platforms.Tutoring and Small Group Sessions: Conduct tutoring sessions, study groups, or one-on-one assistance for students who may need additional support in understanding course material.Grading and Feedback: Assist in grading assignments, quizzes, and exams, providing constructive feedback to students.Administrative Tasks: Help with administrative duties such as organizing course materials, maintaining attendance records, and responding to student inquiries.Facilitate Discussions: Lead or participate in classroom discussions, group projects, or workshops to enhance student engagement and understanding of course topics.Tech Support: Assist students with technology-related issues, including navigating online learning platforms and using relevant software.Mentorship: Offer guidance and mentorship to students, helping them navigate academic challenges and providing advice on study strategies.Attendance: Attend training sessions and meetings with faculty to ensure a clear understanding of course objectives and expectations.Qualifications:Current College Student: Enrolled in a college or university program and maintaining good academic standing.Subject Knowledge: Strong understanding of the subject matter relevant to the course you will assist with.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
