Become a vital part of the hospitality team at Level Hotel Seymour as a Reservations Agent. Use your communication skills to provide exceptional guest service while managing reservations efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms for the Level Hotels & Furnished Suites portfolio. Your attention to detail will shine as you input guest reservation details into the property management system and provide information on room rates and availability. Collaborate with departments to ensure guest needs are met while upselling room types to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage incoming reservation inquiries and respond promptly
• Input guest reservation details accurately into the system
• Provide information on rates, packages, and amenities
• Upsell room types to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Handle modifications and cancellations of existing bookings

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in hotels or call centers preferred
• Proficient in reservation systems like HMS or SynXis
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills Maximize hotel occupancy and enhance guest experiences at Level Hotel Seymour with your reservation expertise.
