Location Miramichi, New Brunswick clinic actively seeking a fully French‑English Bilingual candidate to work as a Customer Care Representative. Responsibilities Greet clients upon arrival and ensure a smooth visit during their time with us. Receive training to work with insurance companies on successful third‑party billing operations. Conduct cleanings, product maintenance, and minor in‑clinic device repairs (training provided). Think critically, creatively, and strategically when establishing customer needs and developing solutions. Reconcile accounts receivables with proven success record. Show a "Can‑Do" attitude and thrive in an organization focused on results and accountability. Have a growth mindset and love to learn, continuously acquiring new knowledge and skills. Qualifications Bilingual in French and English. Experience in customer service, preferably in a clinic or retail setting. Ability to reconcile accounts and handle billing operations. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn. Benefits Competitive starting wage based on full‑time employment.
