We are committed to diversity, inclusion, and supporting our employees' growth.About The Team & Business LineOur Fund Administration division is renowned for its expertise in alternative assets and accounting services, supported by continuous investment in technology and learning.ResponsibilitiesMeet daily and monthly deliverables aligned with client SLAs, focusing on client relationship management.Handle activities related to positions, trades, and cash in line with SLAs.Evaluate cash flows, financing, and risks across investment products including derivatives, debt, and private equity.Investigate and resolve issues; prepare reports for portfolio and cash risk assessment.Support monthly financial statement preparation with auditable documentation.Review existing tools and processes; recommend and test improvements.Assist with client onboarding and migrations.Maintain professional relationships with clients, investment managers, and internal teams.Review and mentor junior staff, resolving daily issues.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.Professional Accounting/Finance designation (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.At least 2 years of experience in financial services, with exposure to P&L reporting or operations.Knowledge of product markets, including domestic, global, OTC securities, fixed income, and derivatives.Strong client relationship skills.Knowledge of hedge funds.Effective time management, prioritization, and deadline adherence.Benefits & DiversityWe offer comprehensive benefits, training, and flexible work arrangements.
