Key Responsibilities
• Ensure cleanliness of all common areas and corridors
• Perform minor maintenance in plumbing and electrical systems
• Facilitate work orders and prepare apartments for occupancy
• Respond to tenant concerns effectively and professionally
• Maintain safety logs and follow an on-call schedule

Requirements:
• Previous maintenance or cleaning experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg safely
• Obtain First Aid certification, covered by the Company
