Responsibilities will include reviewing and submitting Systematic Plan instructions to fund companies, following up with Non-Financial updates submitted through XML to fund companies, and processing Internal Transfers requests. Due to the time sensitivity of these functions, the successful candidate must possess excellent time management skills and an exceptional attention to detail.What is the position responsible for?Submit and follow up on mutual fund systematic plan requests at fund companies;Process internal transfer of RJL mutual fund positions using FundSERV;Manually submit internal transfer requests to mutual fund companies;Submit advisor and client demographic information to mutual fund companies;Review and forward for processing all manual Segregated Fund and Offbook Account applications;Assist/backup other team members as needed.What can you expect from us?Our most important investment is in people.
