Essential functions and responsibilitiesof the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirementsand business needs.Job ResponsibilitiesSchedules and assigns daily work assignments within a premium services operationOversees the completion of tasks within a catering, restaurant, or suites environmentTrains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation, customer service, etc.Sets up work areas according to guest/client requests, banquet event orders, Aramark standards, etc.Ensures service areas are maintained including replenishment of product, cleanliness, etc.Provides excellent customer service, anticipating guests’ needsMaintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitationEnsures security of company assetsAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.QualificationsPrevious experience as a supervisor in a related role preferredPrevious experience as a server or in a food service role requiredDemonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbalRequires ability to work independently with limited supervisionWorking knowledge of food safety principles and proceduresMust be able to obtain a food safety certificationMust be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekendsThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
