OverviewRepresenting a global services provider, we are proud to be leading the search for an HR Systems Associate. This newly created role will support and enhance Workday functionality across a complex, multi-country workforce. This role is open in Manhattan and Montreal.This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence process design, improve system performance, and drive global HR technology initiatives.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the full lifecycle of Workday projects, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, implementation, and post-launch maintenanceTroubleshooting Workday configuration issues and resolving root causes in a timely mannerEnsuring Workday benefits and absence configurations comply with regulatory requirementsDeveloping and maintaining advanced Workday reports, including matrix and composite formatsMonitoring system performance and recommending optimizationsOverseeing integrations between Workday, Greenhouse, internal systems, and third-party platformsCreating process maps, user procedures, and training documentationReviewing and communicating the impact of Workday semi-annual releases to stakeholdersStaying current with Workday Community updates and identifying new features that benefit the businessCommunicating global impact of system changes and participating in impact assessmentsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, business, computer science, or information technology1-3 years of hands-on Workday HCM experienceProven track record of leading at least two Workday Benefits implementationsStrong experience in Core HCM and Absence modulesBackground in large-scale, preferably global, HR system managementAbility to translate business requirements into system solutionsExperience partnering with global HR teamsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh ethical standards for handling confidential informationCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in team environmentsAbout the opportunityAs a specialist HR & Reward search and recruitment firm, we are excited to partner on this opportunity with a forward-thinking organization that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement in its HR technology landscape.
