Job Description As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you champion the customer experience in the wireless department, continuing to nurture our culture of learning and growth. You stay up-to-date on wireless technology and share your expertise with the store team. Some of What You Will Do Specifically, You Will Connect with customers, share knowledge, and convert wireless and wireline sales opportunities. Help customers meet and exceed their needs. Be an expert with our products and services and follow up to solicit feedback and promote additional value‑creating items. Partner with the store team to create awareness of offers, build enthusiasm for wireless, and encourage referrals. Responsible for achieving personal sales goals. Maintain company merchandising standards, including current pricing. Support asset‑protection procedures and privacy standards. Stay updated through internal communication channels (mobile app, intranet, bulletin boards, etc.). Effectively resolve customer concerns and elevate issues to management when appropriate. Qualifications Some of What You Need 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or related sales experience. Customer focus and service orientation. Strong selling ability. Ability to coach others. Effective communication skills across multiple mediums. Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization to manage daily responsibilities. Technology savvy. Curious, approachable, and passionate. Problem‑solving mindset.
