They will work closely with the Product Owner and Architects to understand requirements and enable the authoring/development of quality solutions that meet the requirements.ResponsibilitiesTranslates business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce Billing platformProvide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionalityFollow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitionsProvide support during sales efforts to estimate the technical level of effortPresent to potential clients during sales efforts and be able to pull together quick proof of concepts as neededParticipate in marketing events (e.g. sales meetings, Dreamforce events)Ability to lead or participate in technical integration discussions and design workshopsAbility to support high level architecture diagrams that you can relate to both technical and business minded individualsAbility to optimize product configurations to match the clients billing requirementsProvide guidance and best in class billing strategies to the clientTravel Requirement: Up to 50%QualificationsA minimum of 4 years of experience in digital transformation, strategic leadership, technology implementation, and value realization within the realms of SaaS & AI applications, rationalization, governance, and modern, secure, and scalable architecture.Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change in a dynamic environment, particularly within the context of evolving technology architecture.The ability to think strategically, align digital initiatives with business goals, and drive positive outcomes by developing a secure, scalable architecture.2+ end-to-end Zuora Billing implementationsMinimum 5 years of Zuora platform experienceComplete understanding of data models and product/pricing master data managementKnowledge of the full billing cycle including: Invoicing, Invoice Templates, Payment and Payment Gateway configuration.
