Job Description Store Team Leader – full-time, full responsibility for daily operations. Your Responsibilities Drive results: sales, store productivity, guest loyalty, owning the business plan to meet KPI goals. Business innovator: analyze reports and trends, make real-time decisions to achieve financial goals. People leader: recruit, hire, retain high performers; advocate development; succession planning; leadership training; performance reviews. Teamwork champion: culture, goals, accountability, daily recognition. Maintain AEO Brand Standards: visual merchandising, floorsets, replenishment, guest-ready store. Workforce management: schedule adjustments, business needs, payroll checks, talent leverage. Integrity: compensation decisions, audit/shrink results, policies, always do the right thing.
