Part-time Phlebotomist

We are looking to recruit a part-time Phlebotomist with great people skills to join our friendly team.We are looking for a team player who will thrive in a busy, high pressure environment, be reliable, have a caring and compassionate approach to patient care.Main duties of the jobThe successful applicant will work strictly in accordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols, be responsible for performing venepuncture to obtain blood samples from patients only as the result of a direct referral from a GP or nurse practitioner.About usThe Manor Group is looking to employ a part-time Phlebotomist for the Manor Surgery site which is located near the John Radcliffe Hospital. We are a purpose-built building with modern facilities and well-equipped treatment rooms. We are a training practice and have a culture of learning and have an excellent reputation for the level of teaching we provide. The surgery is readily accessible by public transport with local bus routes.Job responsibilitiesHours: Ideally 4-7.30pm, Monday-Thursday (14 hrs per week)Salary: Starting salary of £13.16 per hour, in line with the Oxford Living WageWe are looking for a team player who will thrive in a busy, high pressure environment.
