We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst, IT to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in PeopleSoft administration, with a strong background in HRIS support and a proven track record of managing and optimizing PeopleSoft systems. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, the ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure our HRIS meets organizational needs.

The role

  • Provide comprehensive support and administration for PeopleSoft HRIS, including modules such as Benefit Administration, eCompensation, ePerformance, Payroll interface and Absence Management.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from HR stakeholders to design and propose effective PeopleSoft solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Design and document PeopleSoft solutions, focusing on usability and optimization of HR processes.
  • Conduct thorough system testing to ensure functionality, accuracy, and efficiency prior to deployment.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for PeopleSoft systems, including troubleshooting issues and implementing updates.
  • Work autonomously and manage projects independently, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Liaise with IT and HR departments to ensure system integration and data consistency across platforms.
  • This is a one-year contractual position as a consultant #LI-VG1

The requirement

  • · Minimum of 10 years of experience in PeopleSoft administration, specifically in HRIS support.
  • · Strong analytical skills and the ability to design and implement PeopleSoft solutions based on detailed requirement analysis.
  • · Experience in documentation, system testing, and providing end-user support.
  • · Strong knowledge of Oracle databases (an advantage).
  • · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • · Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • · Knowledge of additional HRIS systems and IT infrastructure related to PeopleSoft environments.
  • · Prior experience with Oracle database management and development.
  • · This position requires proficiency in a language other than French to support customers, employees or markets located outside the province of Quebec or requiring services in a language other than French – mainly English.
