Also, Compass One’s exclusive partnership with Press Ganey leverages rich analytics to better understand how to improve experiences for patients, family, customers, caregivers, and the community.Job SummaryNow, if you were to come on board as our Regional Vice-President, Healthcare EVS, we’d ask you to do the following for us:Grow existing and new business in the region/division by implementing and supporting new business strategies in collaboration with Compass support functionsAct as the operational lead and subject matter expert on upcoming RFP opportunities in patient and resident dining and environmental servicesLead the operational team; develop, mentor supportAssist with increasing region/division revenue and profitability by developing budget forecasts and operations plans, assessing and analyzing operation capabilities and ensure adherence to budgetExecute the Balanced Score Card and MAP (Management and Performance Framework) for HealthcareSet standards and communicate goals, expectations and objectives to operationsFoster a strong working relationship with Senior Clients within each district of responsibility; conduct business plan reviews, gather client feedback, and drive account retentionAttract, develop and retain associates; develop succession planning and provide a safe and supportive work environmentWork closely with our strategic internal business partners )e/g People and Culture, Labour Relations, Procurement) to drive business optimizationThink you have what it takes to be our Regional Vice-President, Healthcare EVS?
