Handling cash management, store opening and closing. Providing performance feedback and assigning team tasks. Supervising hiring and performance management processes. What Do You Need to Succeed? Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in retail and team management. Open availability (day, evening, weekend). Excellent communication and decision‑making abilities.
