We are seeking a Senior UI Developer with strong experience in ReactJS to join our team. This role is essential in designing and developing scalable, high-performance web applications. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, user-friendly digital experiences.Key Responsibilities:Build reusable, maintainable components and front-end librariesTranslate complex UI/UX wireframes into high-quality codeOptimize components for speed and performance across all platforms and devicesCollaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to ensure cohesive developmentApply best practices for front-end development, including accessibility and responsive designParticipate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremoniesTake ownership of features from design to implementationQualifications:5+ years of professional front-end development experience with a strong focus on ReactJSExperience with Redux, MobX, or other state management librariesSkilled in using build tools like Webpack, Babel, or ViteExperience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern authentication (e.g., JWT)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git version controlStrong understanding of performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive designExcellent communication and collaboration skills with an emphasis on team cultureProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in an Agile development environmentPreferred Skills:Experience with TypeScript for type-safe developmentFamiliarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and EnzymeBackground or experience with JavaKnowledge of Docker or containerized development environmentsSoft Skills:Strong team player with a proactive and self-motivated mindsetAbility to adapt quickly and work in fast-paced, collaborative settingsExcellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsStrong cultural fit with a focus on positive team dynamics and open communication #J-18808-Ljbffr
