We dairy youAs a Master Data Business Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing data quality, consistency, and governance across the organization. Reporting to the Master Data Manager, you will act as a subject matter expert in master data management within a transforming technological environment.You are a solution-oriented individual, capable of understanding business processes, recommending improvements, and successfully leading cross-functional projects. You will contribute to maintaining data integrity, supporting operations, and promoting the implementation of best practices in data management.How Agropur invests in YOU:• Temporary position for a duration of 12 months• Flexible group insurance plan, including telemedicine services• Employee assistance program• Opportunities to invest in yourself (career development, etc.)• Pension plan with employer contributions• Salary scale 004: $71,200 to $89,000 (The base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)What's involved in this role:Act as a subject matter expert on processes and systems related to master data (SAP and Oracle)Analyse source data, identify inconsistencies and implement necessary corrections.Work closely with internal stakeholder (operations, IT, project teams) and external partners (consultants, vendors)Actively participate in the continuous improvement of master data related processes in collaboration with various departments.Manage and contribute to all phases of large-scale projects involving master data:Identify and confirm business needs;Plan and analyze required actionsDesign, write functional specifications, and support development in accordance with project methodologies and timelines;Manage data conversion between systems;Create procedures for new ways of working;Provide training as needed;Provide user support, execute enhancement and solved incidents requests related to SAP and OracleDocument operational procedures and deliver clear and effective user trainingPropose and lead optimization projects related to data managementWhat you need to join our team:University decreed in IT, business administration or a related field;Minimum of 5 years or relevant experience;Strong curiosity for new technologies and a clear interest in continuous improvement;Knowledge of Oracle and SAP systems is a strong asset;Ability to thrive in a complex and evolving environment (multiple systems and organizational change)Good knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Visio)Proven ability to simplify information, train users and provide clear documentation.Does this sound like you?Are you up for the challenge?
