Salary: $25/hr As our member company continues to grow, they are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to play a key role in the installation of exterior materials on residential and commercial projects. The Skilled Installer is responsible for executing high‑quality siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, and roofing installations while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized job site. This position also supports mentorship and training of junior team members, helping to uphold high standards of workmanship and teamwork. Responsibilities Install exterior cladding systems including siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, and related components. Read and interpret work orders and measurements to ensure precision in every installation. Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and job site equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in preparing job sites, unloading materials, and ensuring work areas are clean and organized. Work collaboratively with the site lead and other installers to meet project timelines and quality expectations. Demonstrate attention to detail and pride in workmanship at every stage of the project. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure job progress and problem resolution. Adhere to safety protocols and report hazards or incidents immediately. Contribute to a positive and respectful work culture built on communication, teamwork, and accountability.
