Our Core Values Proactivity – Always one step ahead Your Role We are looking for an experienced accounting professional to oversee the company’s entire financial function, while being hands on. You will play a key role in accounting management, financial statement preparation, budgeting, performance analysis, and supporting strategic decisions. Main Responsibilities General Accounting Full bookkeeping and complete accounting cycle Monthly and annual closings Preparation of financial statements and adjusting entries Bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring Budgets & Compliance Preparation and monitoring of budgets Filing of government reports (GST/QST, CNESST, source deductions, etc.) Support for annual audit files Ensure compliance with tax and legal obligations Accounts Receivable & Payroll Collection of accounts receivable, and close monitoring of recovery Process payroll and manage employee benefits Maintain employee records (vacation, insurance, wage subsidy etc.) Reporting & Strategic Support Produce clear and useful financial reports for management Develop performance indicators and monitoring tools Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes Actively participate in management decisions Ideal Candidate Degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s or DEC with equivalent experience) A CPA designation would be a great asset Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial controller or senior accounting role, ideally in an SMB environment Proficiency in an accounting software (Acomba, Sage, etc.) Strong command of French – ability to work in English is an asset Rigor, autonomy, analytical skills, and attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and initiative Type of position: Full-time, Permanent Compensation: From $90 000 and up depending on experience Experience: 3–5 years in accounting (essential) Location: Anjou, Montreal – On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (overtime may be required) To apply, please send your CV to info@binatek.com We look forward to meeting you #J-18808-Ljbffr
