In this role, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing our AI-driven platforms by analyzing customer interactions and providing actionable insights that directly impact product improvement. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with bot developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to improve the Natural Language Understanding (NLU) of our chatbots and voice bots. Your insights will guide the development of new product features, while also helping us identify customer pain points to enhance the overall customer experience.
