As our Family Hubs Lead, you will be part of developing, implementing, and delivering a transformative Family Hubs service across Oxfordshire. This pivotal role involves working with families, partners, and stakeholders to help embed integrated, outcomes-focused support that improves the outcomes for children. You will be part of overseeing the operation of Family Hubs, supporting to lead teams to deliver high-quality parenting support and home learning programmes, all in line with current legislation and local need. Key responsibilities include chairing forums, ensuring robust performance management, recruiting and developing staff, and managing budgets. You will also champion innovation, drive continuous improvement, and act as an ambassador for vulnerable children and families. Main duties of the job You are a motivated and experienced professional with a degree or relevant qualification and a strong track record in operational leadership within complex environments. Your expertise includes childrens safeguarding, early help frameworks, and evidence-based parenting and home learning programmes. You excel at building relationships, leading change, and embedding the voice of service users in service design. You have proven experience in multi-agency partnership working and are confident in influencing and challenging others for the best outcomes. Your ability to manage resources, analyse data, and ensure compliance with policies is matched by your commitment to positive leadership, integrity, and inclusivity. Flexibility to travel across Oxfordshire and a readiness to work from different locations are essential.
