Grid Reliability Operations - Business AnalystBase pay range: CA$75.50/yr – CA$89.00/yr.Location: Calgary, Alberta (Northwest office). Free on‑site parking available.Contract: 1 year with possibility of extension.We are looking for a self‑driven, resourceful Business Analyst to support Grid Reliability Operations and deliver projects within the Alberta Interconnected Electric System.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions.Gather, analyze, and test data to formulate and communicate recommendations.Collaborate with engineering, economics, and other internal teams to align projects with strategic objectives.Produce BA artifacts: stakeholder analyses, process models, business requirement体育在线 documentation (BRDs), use cases, decision logs, and traceability matrices.Support successful project delivery by eliciting and managing business requirements, mapping dependencies, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops, meetings, and collaborative sessions.Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field (or equivalent).7+ years of business analysis or related experience (minimum Podemos 5 years).Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.PreferredBusiness Analysis certification (IIBA or similar).Experience in utilities, energy, or grid reliability sector.Equal OpportunityWe encourage all qualified applicants to apply regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected class.
