In this role, you will provide leadership and direction for a large team of software professionals, ensuring the growth, engagement, and performance of your team. The Senior Manager is responsible for all aspects of people management, including talent acquisition, development, and retention, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Agile Team Leads, Architects and Product Owners, who are responsible for technical mentorship, technical direction and product direction for your team. Your focus will be on building a high-performing team, supporting career development, and ensuring alignment with organizational values and business objectives. As a member of the EOP development team, you and your team will work on cutting‑edge industrial edge‑connectivity and distributed‑computing projects that surface data from the plant floor all the way to the cloud. The team focuses on building highly performant data services that securely move and manage massive volumes of information. You’ll help create solutions that configure, contextualize, analyze, and visualize data, making it easily accessible to a wide range of applications.
