Plan rail projects with GFT in Toronto as a full-time intern, applying research, analysis, and Microsoft Office skills. Local candidates preferred.
This internship supports rail project planning, design, and implementation within GFT, a privately held AEC firm. You will work with engineers and project managers while gaining exposure to site visits, inspections, and project documentation. The position suits students in relevant programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and design for rail projects
- Conduct research and analysis supporting project development
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers
- Participate in site visits and inspections
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant third or fourth year program
- Demonstrated interest in the construction industry
- Strong academic performance and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic CAD knowledge and rail industry enthusiasm are assets
Develop rail project experience through planning, analysis, collaboration, inspections, and documentation with GFT in Toronto.
