Client Relationships & Industry Visibility Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients, water agencies, and utility providers. Serve as a visible industry leader at key conferences and technical forums (e.g., CWWA, TAC, NASTT). Support client pre-positioning, pursuit planning, and go/no-go decisions for major conveyance projects. Pursuits & Proposal Leadership Oversee strategic capture planning and proposal execution for major pipeline and conveyance infrastructure opportunities. Leverage internal technical expertise in hydraulic modeling, trenchless design, and condition assessment. Strong relationships with major Canadian water utilities, municipalities, and regulators. Familiarity with asset management, hydraulic modeling, and condition assessment approaches.
