A provincial leader in student achievement, HCDSB provides exceptional educational experiences and services to over 36,000 students across 48 elementary schools, 10 secondary schools, and 3 continuing education facilities, serving the wider Catholic communities of Burlington, Halton Hills, Milton, and Oakville.Job SummaryReporting to the Senior Manager, Speech and Language Pathologists, the Speech and Language Pathologist works as a member of a multi-disciplinary team involving Teachers, Principals, Special Education Resource Teachers, parents and other professionals as required in assessing, interpreting and programming for students’ strengths and needs. Under the direct supervision of the Senior Manager, Speech and Language Pathologist and in collaboration with the Special Education Consultant, the Speech and Language Pathologist makes recommendations for strategies, goals and group or individual programming for pupils.
