Coaching and contributing to the development of team members at different seniority levels Contribute to the demand management of automated tests, manual tests, analysis of changes and maintenance of existing tests Maintain and evolve the SAP platform and ECM ecosystem technology ecosystem and its various modules deployed at the Bank Work closely with business areas for automated and manual test requests on SAP platform and ECM ecosystem Actively participate in quality assurance testing Drive innovation and continuous improvement to ensure high performance solutions, ensuring efficiency and engaging user experience Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate and apply bank standards Manage matrix resources and ensure the implementation and maintenance of an optimal quality assurance practice Value a culture of learning, team engagement, continuous improvement and recognition Establish and improve performance indicators (KPIs) and the tools inherent in order to properly understand the quality of tests and estimates of the team’s work. Your team The IT and Operations sector is made up of more than 5,500 experts who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on top of technology and continuously improve processes. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Cross-functional, ECM and SAP Platform. Our team stands out for its commitment to make the SAP platform and the Bank’s document management tools stable and efficient, in addition to maintaining it and evolving the tools to improve the Bank’s process performance, With the objective of generating efficiency and effectiveness. We aim to offer you maximum flexibility to promote your quality of life. This is reflected in a hybrid working environment (2 days per week in person), as well as a flexible and adaptable schedule. Prerequisites
Industry-related university degree and several years of relevant experience, including in an SAP environment and ECM ecosystem Ability to communicate and negotiate with suppliers and manage multiple partners simultaneously Experience in an IT lead position for multidisciplinary teams in an agile delivery environment Experience in managing the life cycle of the IT asset portfolio, its availability, operational support and associated budgets Experience in project management Understanding of application development cycle, DevSecOps tools, and agile methods, Jira, SAFe for delivery and operational support Proven experience in automated testing and manual testing Knowledge of test frameworks: Selenium, Postman SoapUI, ReadyAPI, Rest Assured Knowledge of AWS Knowledge of tools such as Git/Bitbucket, JUnit, Maven, Jenkins Experience in Javascript/python development (Java is an asset) Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, an asset Knowledge of banking environment and related technologies is an asset.
