Senior Copywriter

Mint is looking for a passionate, talented Senior Copywriter to join our team. Reporting to a Creative Director, you’ll have the opportunity to flex your creative chops and work on a wide range of integrated campaigns and projects—including experiential, content, digital, print, PR and more. You’ll be responsible for generating big concept‑driven ideas, tactical executions, and overall copy direction, while also serving as a leader and mentor to other creatives. Responsibilities Generate big unconventional ideas based on creative briefs grounded in relevant culture, trends, and insights Develop and oversee copy direction of projects Collaborate with agency peers, partners, vendors, and clients to deliver concept‑driven creative work of the highest standard Take the creative lead on multiple projects Present creative work compellingly to both internal stakeholders and clients Oversee and mentor other copywriters Skills & Experience 5‑7+ years of experience at a creative agency Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative work, both in concept and craft Experience in the full production process for film, XP, and photography Great presentation and communication skills Fluent in English, oral and written Experience writing for different formats, including film, print, web, social, and branding Experience contributing to new business pitches About Mint We’re a creative agency made of culture creatures with multidisciplinary expertise across all major marketing disciplines.
