AI is central to our work, powering innovation and empowering knowledge workers.YOUR IMPACTAs an IT Software Developer within the Data and Analytics team, you will help build the Data, Analytics, and Reporting platform. You will work with developers, architects, and business users to craft data solutions that meet business needs and expand the data platform. You will contribute data solutions and reports that align with our standards and best practices. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in similar data-driven roles.What The Role OffersHands-on development of data pipelines and reportsSolutioning of data assets that support business requirements for decision makingOngoing improvements to data assets to support evolving business needsExperience in Microsoft Fabric, MS SQL Server, Power BIUnderstanding, analysis, and troubleshooting of data toolsetsInvolvement in cross-functional projects, working across IT teamsUnderstanding the data tooling landscape and selecting the best-fit solution for tasksCollaborating with IT to follow the Change and Deployment processWhat You Need To SucceedEducation: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in data analytics are a definite plus.Experience: 1-2 years in a data developer role delivering data solutions.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data and ETL tooling, databases, analytics, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
