As the Chief of Staff, you will oversee the rhythm of Cohere's AI organization. Your expertise in AI/ML operations, along with a solid foundation in cross-functional collaboration, will help bridge teams, streamline priorities, and ensure high-quality work delivery. This position requires agility and the capability to lead special projects that drive significant organizational impact.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage operational planning and business reviews annually and quarterly • Align teams on research, modeling, product, and delivery priorities • Facilitate decision-making in cross-functional settings • Lead special strategic projects and initiatives • Ensure clear communication across the organization
Requirements: • 12+ years of experience in AI/ML operations • Proven ability to manage complex, fast-paced projects • Strong quantitative skills in AI metrics and budgets • Excellent communication and leadership qualities • Comfort in ambiguous, dynamic environments
