We're looking for energetic and goal-driven individuals who can create excitement and forge connections with customers in-store. As a representative, you will educate clients about President's Choice Financial Products while embodying one of Canada's most trusted brands.Kognitive Core Values:Trust & Respect: Foster an environment built on trust and mutual respect, promoting open communication and collaboration.Commitment to Excellence: Demonstrate a dedication to achieving high standards and continuous improvement in processes and practices.Growth Minded: Embrace a mindset that values learning, development, and adaptability to drive personal and organizational growth.Solution Oriented: Approach challenges with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, identifying opportunities for improvement.Dynamic & Fun: Cultivate a workplace culture that is dynamic, energetic, and enjoyable, promoting positivity and team spirit.Pay Structure:$17.60 + commissionResponsibilities:Educate customers on the features and benefits of President’s Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.Understand customers' needs to make appropriate recommendations.Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge.Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client’s products by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product.Provide exceptional customer service ensuring customers have a great experience.Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product.Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.Maintain a high level of confidentiality as you work with customer information.Create excitement around the product offering by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product.1+ years of experience in sales, particularly in the financial or retail industry (an asset).Comfortable with sales targets and eager to push the status quo.Outgoing and personable, enjoying interaction with people, with a talent for acquiring new customers.Customer service or sales experience is an asset.Strong listening and communication skills; comfortable delivering key messages.High level of integrity and accountability when working with confidential customer information.Willingness to complete a criminal/credit background check.Interest in learning and developing through coaching and training.Reliable access to a vehicle or possess a valid driver’s license (an asset).Flexible work environment and scheduleFully paid training and ongoing coaching to help you achieve goals and advance in your orderCompetitive base plus commission (uncapped)Work for one of the most recognized marketing agencies in CanadaWork on behalf of one of the most trusted iconic brands in CanadaCareer growth opportunities for advancement and professional developmentWe thank all applicants for their interest, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
