We are a company that prides ourselves on living up to our core values: We are creative and innovative We have fun We act with integrity About the role We are seeking a motivated Civil Project Manager to oversee civil construction and servicing projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating teams, managing budgets, ensuring safety and quality, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, organizational skills, and industry knowledge to ensure successful project delivery. Annual Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000. What you’ll be doing Lead projects through all stages, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout. Oversee site teams including Superintendents and Foremen, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Manage budgets, contracts, schedules, and project documentation. Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, suppliers, and municipal inspectors. Ensure compliance with safety standards, municipal regulations, and company policies. Provide regular progress updates to leadership and clients. What we’re looking for Minimum 3 years of civil construction experience, with strong supervisory background (Superintendent or Civil Foreman preferred). Ability to manage and lead a diverse team effectively. Strong subject matter expertise in civil construction, site servicing, and underground utilities. Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (required). Proficiency with MS Suite, Excel, and project management software (Experience with Trimble software is an asset) A collaborative, coachable, and curious mindset, with a “can-do” attitude.
