The Hotel Manager should lead and motivate staff to create personalized experiences for guests, ensuring all service aspects—from dish presentation in the restaurant to check-in at the Front Desk—are exemplary.Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the hotel’s reputation, revenue, and operational efficiency.Departmental Overview: Lead the Executive team with a participative leadership style: be accessible to communicate with each member, coordinate departmental operations, and assist in identifying problems and solutions. Guide the leadership team in addressing the hotel's challenges and opportunities to maximize financial success.Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead future hospitality leaders. Use inspirational leadership to foster loyalty to the hotel, reduce turnover, and boost morale.Operational Management: Oversee all hotel operations, including rooms, food and beverage, spa, and events, ensuring seamless daily functioning.Financial Oversight: A target-driven individual with experience in revenue management and sales enhancement. Oversee strategy, performance, and profitability, including monthly forecasting of staffing and costs. Develop business plans aligned with sales forecasts and provide guidance to department heads.Brand Representation: Act as the hotel’s ambassador, engaging with the local community, industry partners, and stakeholders to strengthen market position.Employee Relations: Be visible and approachable in line with the company's open-door policy.
