As a Homecare Coordinator, you will support the daily operational workflow to ensure a high level of service, delivering prompt, courteous, and professional support to Health Professionals and clients. Status: Full time (37.5 hours per week) Vacancy Type: Existing Shift: Day Shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Discipline: House Calls Work Style: Hybrid Location: 115 Midair Court, Brampton, ON, L6T 5V1 Start Date: As soon as possible Internal Posting Closure: December 24, 2025 How YOU Will Make a Difference Support the daily operational workflow to ensure a high level of service, delivering prompt, courteous, and professional support to Health Professionals and clients. Coordinate house call client bookings, assignments, and schedules. Assist with problem-solving and troubleshooting within the House Call department. Manage scheduling, including vacation, sick time, and special projects. Prepare payroll timesheets and mileage logs; validate daily payment submissions. Respond to inquiries from Nursing Homes, Retirement Homes, and clients regarding technical, procedural, and administrative matters, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and courteously. Act as a liaison with the Department Manager for non-routine concerns and escalations. Distribute correspondence and updates to Mobile Services Health Professionals. Maintain and distribute home care logs for billing and record‑keeping purposes. Enter and validate standing orders from nursing homes, retirement homes, and house call patients in iCare; schedule visits, update files, and ensure accuracy of records. What YOU Bring To The Role Graduate of a Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent (asset). Strong technical and data entry skills; ability to verify completeness of patient demographics and OHIP/non‑OHIP requisitions. Proven ability to manage and maintain Health Professional routes to ensure optimal service delivery. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Capable of working independently with a high degree of initiative and sound decision‑making. Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Pay Pay rate: $19.00 – $21.50 per hour. The hiring pay range has been established; however, the final pay offer will be determined by taking into consideration various factors including but not limited to, level of experience and education requirements.
