This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven role where attention to detail is essential. You’ll manage a variety of tasks, from processing payments and invoices to coordinating with police detachments for reports, and ensuring claims files are accurate and up to date. You’ll also help manage shared inboxes, support internal teams, and rotate in-office mail handling with your team on a hybrid schedule. This is not a call-queue role—your focus will be on organization, accuracy, and collaboration.**We want your talent****If you are great at:*** Checking and receiving new claims* Answering incoming inquiries* Assisting claims adjuster with administrative tasks* Sorting and distributing mail and faxes* Data editing, verification, and reconciliation activities**And you have:*** Post-secondary school education or equivalent on the job experience.* Previous experience in an office environment is an asset* Excellent filing, keyboarding and data entry skills* Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite**We really mean it when we say we put you first. The base salary range for this role is $38,000 to $58,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position.
