DevOps Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a hands‑on developer to join our Firmwide Developer Tools and Systems Group. You’ll collaborate with a global team to modernize the SDLC platform, enabling deployment automation to private/public cloud endpoints and SaaS‑based tooling. This is a unique opportunity to help build the next generation of development and deployment tooling across diverse tech stacks for the next decade. Base pay range CA$30.00/hr – CA$43.00/hr Key Responsibilities Design and develop tools that enhance SDLC processes and automation. Work on large‑scale projects in an agile, globally distributed environment. Integrate and optimize development and deployment tools for cloud environments. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve developer experience and productivity. Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of hands‑on development experience in Python (Java, C#, or TypeScript is a plus). Strong technical expertise and passion for SDLC tooling and processes. Experience with multiple SCM systems, code review platforms, issue tracking tools, build tools, test frameworks, code quality tools, CI systems, and IDEs. Proven experience as a developer on large‑scale projects in an agile setting. Compensation $30/hr – $43/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
