Job Description Nokia's NI ON Enterprise & Mission Critical team welcomes the ON Enterprise & Mission Critical Partnership Lead to drive brand growth by creating strategic business relationships, partnerships and alliances. In this pivotal role you will lead business development efforts to broaden the reach of our Optical Networks products and solutions, develop and execute related strategies with BD, Sales, and BCs teams, and secure annual growth targets. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn Develop Optical Scale: Establish new strategic business relationships, including partnerships and alliances. Manage business development to position Optical Networks products & solutions to a broader audience by enhancing channels. Create and execute strategy in close collaboration with BD, Sales & BCs team. Achieve annual growth targets and enable overall business success related to these partnerships. Support commercial strategy guidelines & execution. These activities require regular interface with various organizations within ON & NI, including Business Division, PLMs, BCs, Finance, Strategy, Marketing, etc. Key Skills And Experience You have: Bachelor or Master degree in engineering. MBA desirable. Business development experience (10+ years) in Enterprise, especially on Optical product & solutions. Understanding of Enterprise requirements, network architecture & related solutions. Polished, refined, confident and charismatic interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to C‑level stakeholders. Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams. Self‑motivated and results‑focused. It would be nice if you also had: Knowledge of other technology portfolios to identify synergies across NI & Nokia.
