More specifically, you will be required to : Process disability claims in accordance with the provisions of various group insurance contracts Communicate with various parties by phone and email to get an overall understanding of the context of the absence Approve and make decisions on claims, determine the period payable, process payments and ensure that the necessary follow-ups are performed in a timely manner Develop strategies and build strong relationships to implement an action plan to facilitate the insured’s recovery and return to work in a timely and sustainable manner What we offer Competitive salary and annual bonus 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year Defined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirement Group insurance including telemedicine Reimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment *Benefits apply based on eligibility criteria.
