We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director, Revenue & Commercialization to lead our commercial strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the executive team, this role will oversee sales and marketing while playing a pivotal role in bringing Montrium’s next generation of solutions to market.
Working closely with Executive Leadership, Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience, you will ensure that innovation, customer insight, and commercial execution come together to produce sustainable growth and market impact.
What You’ll Do
Drive Commercial Strategy
- Define and execute Montrium’s commercialization and revenue growth strategy.
- Lead go-to-market planning for new products, capabilities, and services.
- Identify market opportunities, growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and geographic expansion strategies.
- Develop pricing, positioning, segmentation, packaging, and customer acquisition strategies.
Lead Revenue Generation
- Oversee sales activities, including pipeline development, forecasting, account management, and business development.
- Establish revenue targets, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
- Drive sustainable growth while improving the effectiveness and scalability of commercial execution.
- Participate directly in strategic customer and partner engagements.
Lead Marketing and Demand Generation
- Oversee brand positioning, product marketing, digital presence, demand generation, and thought leadership.
- Align marketing investment and programs with pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Strengthen Montrium’s visibility and influence across the global life sciences ecosystem.
Commercialize Innovation
- Partner with Product and Engineering to bring new offerings successfully to market.
- Translate customer and market insight into compelling value propositions and growth opportunities.
- Inform product roadmap decisions through market feedback and competitive intelligence.
- Create launch plans that accelerate adoption, customer value realization, and expansion.
Build and Scale the Commercial Organization
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Establish scalable commercial processes, systems, and operating rhythms.
- Build the commercial capabilities required to support an expanding product portfolio and international growth.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and customer focus.
What We’re Looking For
Experience and Expertise
- 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within SaaS organizations.
- Proven success bringing innovative software products to market and scaling recurring revenue.
- Experience leading both sales and marketing functions.
- Strong knowledge of modern commercialization strategies, including revenue operations, digital demand generation, customer lifecycle management, partner ecosystems, and data-driven growth.
- International experience and demonstrated ability to support global market expansion.
- A record of building, developing, and scaling high-performing teams.
Preferred Industry Experience
- Experience in life sciences technology, eClinical solutions, clinical operations, quality management, regulatory technology, or adjacent markets.
- Understanding of enterprise buying dynamics and commercialization within regulated software environments.
