VIE - Financial Analyst (M / F / D) Location: Montreal, QC – Boul. René-Lévesque O (ALC HO) Job Type: Full Time HR Financial Support Prepare monthly financial reports, including variances and trend analyses, with a specific focus on PEX (person expenses). Support month‑end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial data and relevant KPIs relating to PEX and headcount. Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to evaluate business cases and cost‑saving initiatives. Prepare presentations and dashboards for the HR VP and key stakeholders. Accounting Support Review the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts prepared by the Shared Service Center, challenge and follow up on reconciling elements from one month to another. Support the Shared Service Center in revamping account reconciliations in light of the ERP conversion. Education Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. Key Requirements Ability to travel in the US. 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or accounting. Advancing proficiency in the Google environment (Sheets mainly). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to communicate financial information to non‑financial stakeholders. Nice to Have Experience with financial systems (Oracle, SAP 4Hana, Power BI). Ability to speak French. Additional Information Please send your CV and motivation letter in English.
