About The RoleThis role serves as the primary Business Analyst for LoanServ and Symphony, responsible for defining requirements and driving delivery of solutions to address system-of-record deficiencies. The position acts as a technical advisor for Symphony, offering balanced recommendations that weigh complexity against business value. Working closely with Product, this role helps evaluate current platform capabilities and contribute to shaping the future roadmap. The analyst will also support the consulting engagement focused on planning the replacement of Symphony by 2030. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business priorities and available capacity.
