Day to Day Responsibilities Execute front‑end brake services, shocks, and wheel alignments. Safely perform tire removal, installation, and repair for passenger and light truck vehicles. Use alignment machines, flush machines, oil lube, and filter service. Assist and perform mechanical inspections and services, including work order procedures. Deliver outstanding customer service and surpass client expectations. Qualifications and Success Completion of an Automotive Technician Program or equivalent. A valid driver’s license. Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a desire to learn. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills. Capability to work in a physically demanding environment with heavy lifting. Commitment to safety, always wearing PPE and following protocols. Motivated, positive attitude and respectful teamwork mindset.
