Join Maropost and you can turn ideas into actionAs the SVP, Global Engineering you will be responsible for leading Maropost’s global engineering organization, driving the development and delivery of high-quality software products that meet current and future customer needs. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define the technical vision, build and scale high-performing engineering teams, and ensure strong alignment with product and customer success.What You’ll Be Responsible ForDefine and execute the global engineering strategy aligned with company goals and product roadmap.Provide technical direction and leadership across all engineering teams and disciplines.Collaborate closely with Product and Executive Leadership to align technical vision with business priorities.Act as a senior technical advisor to the executive team.Lead, scale, and mentor a high-performing, globally distributed engineering organization.Own the delivery and ongoing evolution of the infrastructure powering Maropost’s unified commerce platform.Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor team performance and product delivery.Work closely with Customer Success and Support to understand technical challenges and address root causes proactively.Champion the integration of AI and machine learning across Maropost’s product suite to drive automation, personalization, and smarter decision-making.What You’ll Bring To Maropost10+ years of engineering leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive or SVP/VP role in high-growth B2B SaaS, ecommerce, or retail environments.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.Demonstrated success leading engineering organizations within high-growth SaaS companies (B2B and B2C), operating in multi-product environments with $80M+ in annual revenue.A customer first mentality combined with the ability to develop successful teams.Demonstrated expertise in incorporating AI and machine learning solutions into software platforms to improve automation, enable personalized experiences, and boost overall product intelligence.Excellent analytical skills combined with a keen focus on details and accuracy.Familiarity with compliance and regulatory environments (e.g. GDPR).Experience with M&A integration and managing global teams across time zones.You exemplify Maropost’s Values:Customer ObsessedExtreme UrgencyExcellenceResourcefulMessage from the Founders: Maropost is looking for builders - people who want to drive our business forward at all costs in order to achieve the goals we have both short and long term for the results and outcomes that that will bring to us all.Maropost is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
