Were looking for motivated skilled individuals who take pride in their workmanship and want to help Nova Scotia homeowners enjoy efficient eco-friendly heating and cooling systems. This role involves the installation of ducted and ductless heat pump systems in residential homes. Youll work independently and as part of a supportive high-performing team dedicated to customer satisfaction and sustainable solutions. Requirements You must live in Nova Scotia to be eligible for this position. DO NOT APPLY if you are not currently living in Canada. Valid HVAC certification and experience installing heat pumps (ductless or central). Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (van or truck preferred). Strong communication skills and a good understanding of the English language. Ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
