Responsibilities of Factory Maintenance Worker:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on factory machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations and prevent breakdowns.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and perform repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to execute scheduled maintenance activities and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
  • Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on factory premises.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and production staff to coordinate maintenance efforts and minimize disruptions to production schedules.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new maintenance techniques and technologies.
Requirements for Factory Maintenance Worker:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems and basic understanding of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as needed.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
