Opportunities Red Seal Technician Hourly Wage Range Earnings: Flat Rate compensation structure of $17.50 to $29.20 per hour, tailored to your experience, certification and efficiency. Guarantee: A biweekly minimum income is guaranteed, aligned with 64 flat-rate hours. Red Seal Technicians with Steele Auto Group can elevate their career with our internal Performance Incentive Program — your hard work translates into tangible yearly rewards. Program Details Are As Follows Earn extra $$$$$ for work you are already doing. For each hour you produce, $$$$$ is put into your own Personal Incentive Bank that accumulates over multiple years with Automatic Annual payments. Automotive Apprentice Technician Embark on a rewarding journey towards becoming a Red Seal Technician with the support of Steele Auto Group’s Road to Red Seal Program. We are committed to supporting our apprentices in the Automotive and Collision Trades as they navigate their apprenticeship blocks. We offer Level Bonuses and a Salary Top-Up Plan for all Apprentices.
